All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
National labour board - I must be losing my mind, I thought a judge had ruled the recces appointment improper. That is however quite besides the point, those 100 were working for a subcontractor, there is no law in the world that says I have to negotiate with a subcontractors unionized employees, my agreement is with the contractor and that's it. That at least is the opinion of a labour lawyer who does nothing but negotiate with unions. If NBC recently wrote anything damaging that would be an entirely diffrent can of worms, for that sort of thing they can loose their broadcast license and there are legal precedents for that - In Istanbul, Riyahd and Cairo just to mention a few.
