If this woman 'engineer' signed off on the final product as well as the corrective engineering actions while allowing traffic to continue freely - her career is - and well should be - TOAST.
As a matter of fact, FIU's engineering credentialing and all credentials of engineers certified at FIU should also be questioned as well.
